I am a foreigner, living for a year and six months in the good city of Nagua and love it. The only negative is the absence and failure to respect traffic laws. Every time I go to my car, I feel very nervous.

At traffic lights, almost no one for red. Sometimes the drivers behind the speakers touched me because I'm waiting for the green light and no traffic, in any manner beyond me.

The engines go on either side of the street, go without looking at the traffic lights, street cut without ensuring the free passage, and nobody wears a helmet.

Night, 60 percent of the cars have a problem of light and 90 percent of light engines are not many walk back and without any light. That is the most basic traffic laws.

What is that? That seems a thing unknown. I'm slowly getting used to, but I have a fear of crashing and perhaps kill a motorcyclist. But I am positive, Nagua is the city of God.
